Blue Collar Baseball is a Central Florida player-development organization built on the values of hard work, discipline, and accountability. The program provides a positive, competitive environment where athletes learn the fundamentals of baseball while developing confidence and character. The organization offers travel teams, lessons, camps, and clinics for players ages 5–18. History
Blue Collar Baseball was founded in 2020 with a mission to provide a development-first approach to youth baseball in the Titusville and Winter Park areas. What began as a small training group quickly expanded into a multi-team travel organization. Over the years, the program has grown steadily, competing in high-level tournaments and becoming known for its work ethic and commitment to player improvement. Today, it continues to develop athletes through strong instruction, competitive play, and community-based values.
